Each unique piece is designed, cut, polished, the chain attached, and prepared for post, all within 4-5 business days. All pieces arrive via ground shipping within 14-20 business days of order. We can not exchange customized name Jewelry! All name jewelry will be repaired free of charge for the first two months after delivery. For chain changes and repairs after this time period, there is a $15.00 charge including the new chain and postage. Gold and Silver chains must be returned with the nameplate for exchange. Please note: nameplates longer than 10 letters tend to be less sturdy than shorter names especially when made from silver (a softer metal) and are more likely to break if not handled with care. We do not take responsibility for postal delays in your country. Under no circumstances will refunds be given because the item arrived late. These are personalized items, hand designed for you. The production can take an extra day or two if the item is made incorrectly, and there are many unexplained postal delays world wide. For teens and average sized adults wanting below collar bone length, please order 16" (40 cm). For mid chest length, please order 18" (45 cm). For a fuller body type or longer necklace (just above breast) please order longer 20" (50cm) chains. The chain length does not include the name plate. (Please note at this time all authenticity hang-tags are made of .925 sterling silver.)

Yes. Sterling silver, the highest quality used in jewelry, 925, does change color over time. This is called "tarnishing". If your skin type is acidic, the tarnishing can occur very quickly. Textured finish jewelry may tarnish faster than smooth finish jewelry. Simply purchase any silver polish at your local supermarket. Your TwittaBling jewelry will be shiny new in no time. In some cases, a professional polish at a jewelry store nearest you, will slow down the tarnishing process even more. Hand made items may tarnish quicker than machine made jewelry.

Our name necklaces are placed on special cards to keep the chain from getting tangled. The name necklace and card are then placed in a cellophane wrapping. For $5.00 US dollars you can add a gift card with the greeting of your choice, and a special display box for your name necklace. Fill out the gift wrapping option upon checkout.
If you see a style that you love, but want to change the font (writing style), simply tell us in the Customer's Note section. There will be an additional $4.00 US dollars charge for customizing your font, but we will be happy to honor your request.
